our Organic Brown Rice is aromatic and comes from the Hills of Uttrakhand, the
original home of this rice. For brown rice only the outermost layer of the
grain of rice (the husk) is removed to keep the inner layer that adds to the
fiber content. Free

Organic Rajma (Kidney Beans) Harshil (named
after a place near Joshimath) comes from the high-rises of Uttrakhand that is
home to more than 300 varieties. It is very high in fiber and subtle in taste
and when cooked with spice its taste becomes very relish able.
